✨The Gorgeous Effect - Can AI Replace Coaches?!✨

This episode is Julie and Cathy talking about how they're actually using AI in their courses now, and how weird (but good?) that transition has been.

They get into the specifics of ditching their old PDF worksheets for these GPT-powered tools that can actually respond to what students are stuck on. Cathy talks about building what's basically a custom AI tutor for funnel stuff, and Julie shares why she was nervous about it at first, that whole "will this make me less connected to my students?" fear.

They also dig into what this means for anyone teaching online right now. The tech is moving so fast that what worked six months ago feels ancient, but that doesn't mean you throw out everything you know. Your expertise matters more now, actually, because someone needs to know what's worth teaching the AI to help with.

💪FG Funnels Weekly Announcements 💪

Here are your FG Funnels updates through July 16th:

  • Calendars- One of the most requested Services enhancements is finally here. You can now fully edit both paid and unpaid service appointments without canceling and recreating the booking. Add or remove services, change the assigned staff member, update add-ons, apply or remove coupons — all from within the existing booking.
  • Workflows - The Wait action now supports User Replied as a wait condition — keeping a contact paused until a team member responds to the conversation before the workflow continues. Combined with the existing timeout option, you can now build SLA workflows that automatically escalate when no user reply arrives within your target response time.
  • Workflows - New Trigger of User Replied. Workflows can now start when a team member replies to a conversation — not just when a contact does. The User Replied trigger fires the moment a user sends a reply through a supported conversation channel, making it easy to automate internal processes based on agent activity.
