[Important Please Read!] AI Features in FG Funnels Update


Hi all!

We hope you're enjoying your week. This email is to give some important updates about the AI features inside of FG Funnels.

As you know, AI is moving breathtakingly fast. It's hard to keep up. You might notice new AI tools popping into your account over the coming weeks and months, and we want to make sure everything is clearly explained!

As always, when a new feature comes out, we try to get our support docs updated as quickly as possible. We also share weekly updates on our blog here.

Every paying client here at FG Funnels receives the full enterprise level version of the High Level software when they sign up... with no limits on domains, funnels, sites, blogs, communities, courses, calendars, contacts, etc. Even if you grow, we don't charge more.

However there are four main features that work on a pay-per-use model:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • Text
  • AI

EPTA - Say it with us - EPTA. Since it's sometimes tricky to remember, we're gonna make a jingle about it. πŸ€ͺ

The reason these are pay per use is because we are charged a transaction fee every time you use these features. Since everyone uses these features differently, we pass these charges into your account and they get deducted from your wallet vs us hiking up the price for every FG Funnels to an unreasonable rate that the average beginner cannot afford.

Pay only what you use. Keep price as affordable as possible.

Whereas Email, Phone, and Text are pretty set in stone services in just a few dedicated spots in your account, the AI features are increasingly becoming integrated into many tools, and we want everyone aware that AI does cost money.

Over the coming weeks, you will start to notice more AI features popping up all over the app like a bad case on acne after a chocolate binge.

Soon, we will have AI that can build right into the builder. This one is SO COOL! We can't wait!!!!

All of this makes the tool easier, more efficient, and enables our users to do advanced automations and designs, even if they aren't professional funnel builders. This is very exciting!

The downside is that right now the pricing on AI is very complex (no matter where you go - just ask people who hit their limits on Claude daily). We do have a chart that outlines our pricing, depending on the model it uses (based on the questions you ask). It honestly would take a mathematician to figure out how to estimate this.

​But... it's far more realistic to simply be aware that AI is pay-per-use, and check your wallet frequently so you can start to see how much your habits cost.

The good news is for the average user, the usage fees will be quite small. A couple dollars maybe. Just check your account after using the AI to see what it says.

To give you an idea - right now, across 2400 accounts, we're only rebilling a $100/m in AI charges. So it is quite small. We know this will go up as the AI gets better and more robust.

If you plan to be a power user with AI, we recommend you sign up for the AI Employee subscription add on. This is the best bang for your buck if you plan to use all the AI features. We are charged $97/m by High Level for every client that signs up and we rebill you at $109/m. This is in addition to your monthly FG Funnels account subscription. We are keeping the markup modest to simply cover our costs, not to make money on this offer.

This is the single best way to avoid racking up giant AI fees if you plan to be a power user of all the features.

The AI Employee does exclude a few select services (such as Agent Studio, AI Studio, Voice AI Widget on your website, or Outbound Voice AI Calling) but otherwise it's unlimited for 95% of the AI features in your account. If you want to talk to AI all day in your account and never worry about charges more than $109, this might be a good option for you.

If you aren't ready to spend $109/m on AI features in your account, we 100% understand. For a lot of people, this isn't necessary yet. The pay per use option allows you to spend microscopic amounts for whatever AI feature you want to use.

Or, play the "floor is lava" and don't touch any AI button for any reason and you never incur wallet charges.

  • Conversation AI: An AI chatbot you train on your business information β€” FAQs, website content, or documents β€” that responds automatically to customer messages across channels like SMS, live chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp.

  • Voice AI (Inbound Calls): An AI phone agent that answers calls to your business phone number. When a call comes in, it greets the caller, answers questions, collects information, books appointments, and can transfer to a human team member when needed β€” 24 hours a day without any staff involvement. It only handles incoming calls to a number you assign it.

  • Reviews AI: An AI tool that reads your incoming Google and Facebook reviews and generates personalized, on-brand responses. It can run in Suggestive mode (drafts a reply for you to review before posting) or Auto-Pilot mode (responds automatically based on your settings, including star rating and wait time).   • Content AI: An AI writing assistant embedded directly inside the platform's content tools. Use it to generate social media captions, email campaigns, blog posts, landing page copy, and more.

  • Ask AI: An AI assistant you can chat with from anywhere inside your FG Funnels account. Beyond answering questions and brainstorming ideas, it can generate content in your brand voice, help set up features step-by-step (like setting up a booking calendar), and execute actions in the platform directly: updating contacts, rescheduling appointments, or pulling CRM data.

  • Agent Studio: A visual, no-code builder for creating advanced custom AI agents. Design complex multi-step workflows on a canvas: connecting AI decision-making with knowledge base lookups, API calls, web search, and conditional routing. Agents can be triggered by CRM events (form submissions, tags, chat messages) and connected to Ask AI for on-demand execution. **Not included in AI Employee.

  • Voice AI Widget (Website): Embeds a voice-enabled chat bubble on your website or funnels. Visitors click a microphone icon and speak directly with your AI agent in real time, right in their browser β€” no phone number, no app, no download required. The conversation streams through their device's microphone and speakers. It uses the same Voice AI agents you configure in the platform, but delivered as a browser-based widget rather than a traditional phone call. **Not included in AI Employee.

  • Voice AI Outbound Calling: Allows your Voice AI agent to initiate phone calls to contacts through a Workflow. Set it up to call leads after a form submission, remind contacts of upcoming appointments, or follow up on pipeline activity β€” all without a human picking up the phone. Outbound calling must be activated and approved before use and can only be triggered inside Workflows. **Not included in AI Employee.

  • AI Studio: Think vibe coding (what people do with Lovable or Replit) An AI-powered platform that lets anyone design, build, and launch fully functional experiences through natural conversation, no coding required. With AI Studio, you can create multi-page websites, funnels, applications, and interactive components simply by describing what you want, and refine them into production-ready experiences within minutes. **Not included in AI Employee.

    There are no hosting charges, and tokens are free during the Labs phase. After launch, a free tier will be available, with transparent, pass-through token pricing for any usage beyond the included limits. We really do wish we could help the developers name this stuff so it's a tad less confusing. Maybe we should start a petition to let Funnel Gorgeous rename everything properly!
