In the years since Scalable Coach Method launched, we've seen people (who didn't buy the program), try this model and lose steam because their fundamental understanding of the structure was incorrect.

Bottom line... You can't take the traditional coaching paradigm, and exactly copy it into a flexible or asynchronous model without understanding the guardrails you need to put in place first.

Without them you will burn yourself out, struggle with mismanaged expectations, and lose your way.

On the marketing side, I've seen people try to sell flexible async coaching and get responses like "You're charging how much?!" or "But we don't have a set appt each week and you want to charge WHAT?"

Until you understand and believe how powerful this model is, you'll struggle to sell it yourself.
