Here's exactly what I would do... (and yes, I am going to feature all the tools, courses, and resources that I would use from our upcoming Black Friday / Cyber Monday catalog!)
- Purchase FG Funnels.
- Get a Google workspace account (julie@juliechenell.com) and my name as a domain.
- Immediately head to Offer Brand and work with the Offer Brief GPT for a premium, transformational offer or service tied to a real problem.
- If I couldn't figure out the problem, I'd purchase the Problem Workshop and really make sure I have a good problem that I can make money with.
- Then I would use a template inside of FGF to build the funnel I needed for my offer. It'd be a sales page to an order form, or a sales page to a calendar.
- I would read the book Million Dollar Grit (for inspiration and help on being tactical).
- I would get the Best of True North bundle so I can make sure my brand is clear across all my platforms.
- Then I would walk through the Audience Builder Challenge to develop my free offer.
At this point, I have a domain, offer funnel, free offer, and my platforms and mindset right.
- I'd begin posting and running ads to my free offer. I would use the Ad Gorgeous GPT for my ads. I'd do daily sales activities every day (DM convos, FB group commenting, in person networking) to get my first several customers/clients.
- If I had to build curriculum, I would use Course Chemist to help me. If it was coaching, then I would simply coach, but I'd also build a client portal inside of FGF so my clients have a great experience.
- As soon as I had some testimonials, I'd begin working on a sales presentation (either free or paid webinar) so I can get cold traffic to know who I am. I'd use Launch Gorgeous Live Webinar to do this.
- Once my funnel is working and I'm getting regular clients, I'd probably be busy and need help with time management between client work and marketing. So I'd get About Darn Time & Speed of Write and make sure my schedule is optimized.
- Then I'd dive into Easiest Yes because I know that improving all my stats (my sales calls, DMs, and webinars) depends on how well I close.
- I'd use the Metrics Muse sheets at my disposable to make sure I'm calculating ad spend right, tracking my funnels correctly, etc.
- At this point, I should be making some good income with my clients/offer, so it's time to introduce something low ticket. I'd use Launch Gorgeous Paid Lead Maker and develop an intro offer.
Now I've got income, a list being built, a weekly webinar, marketing assets, my time managed, my sales skills developed, a free offer, and an intro offer.
- Now it's time to manage that money coming in. I'd dive into Future Fund and figure out what my best plan was/is for growing wealth.
- I'd build out a full website in FG Funnels and fill out my platform, link up my three funnels (free offer funnel, PLM funnel, and webinar funnel).
- I'd focus on marketing in every channel I could. I would use the Second Brain Workshop to help me automate and accelerate my workflows with AI.
- I might be getting bored at this point (or itching for something new), so I decide to try my hand at a workshop with Easy Launch It. It brings in a few people and I upsell them into my main offer.
- I realize this course could be a signature offer, so I go through Course Chemist Accelerator and decide to launch it to my list. I use Launch Gorgeous Pressure Launch and get a beta round of 30 students. Sweet! I go through LG Live webinar again and build a webinar for the course.
If you're following along, the full value ladder is now built. Free offer, low ticket PLM, a new launched course that I can turn evergreen and scale as a core offer, and then my main high ticket transformational offer, which I can be more selective about.
- I'm having so much fun, I decide I'm going to go deep into marketing and funnel building. I join FG Society, and ride off into the sunset as a triple threat marketer, knowing I can build any business I want because of the skills I have! 😂 💪
All jokes and fun aside, every single one of these programs will be on sale next week, and they are designed to solve specific problems at specific points in the entrepreneur journey.
A piece of advice: #3 & #4 of this map are the most important.
Have a great Thursday, and don't forget to check out our catalog!
xx Julie & Cathy
P.S. Not one letter of this email was written with AI.
